Unfortunately, no organization is immune to offenses, theft and fraud, both external and internal. Companies can suffer significant losses due to employees’ abuse of official position, fraud, theft of property, forgery of documents, distribution of secret information and other violations of personnel duties. According to statistics, organizations can lose up to 15% of their profits annually due to dishonest employees! In such cases, the optimal solution to the problem will be its prevention – an official investigation using a lie detector.
During such checks, personnel is tested on a polygraph, which allows:
– Detect the fact of theft of property (or financial assets), leakage of confidential information and other offenses;
– Check potential partners for espionage or fraud;
– To identify employees engaged in kickbacks and bribery;
– Select professional and reliable personnel;
– Determine the true reasons for hiring a person for a position, understand the perspective: the person was hired for a long-term term, or he considers the job to be a temporary part-time job.
– Employee involvement in industrial espionage;
– Identify human-made offenses in this organization;
– Learn about conspiracies between employees;
– Determine the role of each worker in the commission of the crime and obtain a confession;
– Identify a person’s connections with criminal groups;
– Establish the presence of addiction (nicotine, alcohol, drug, gaming);
– Prove or disprove the truthfulness of the specified biographical data of the employee;
– Identify physical and psychological diseases;
– To acquit unjustly accused persons;
– Resolve various conflict situations, restore mutual trust;
– Gain control over security in the organization;
– To prevent cases of official offenses.
Instead of accusing your employees of committing a crime and wasting time on internal investigations that may lead to a false conclusion and point to an innocent person, you should simply conduct a polygraph test on your staff. Such regular testing will help not only to identify persons who have committed official crimes at the workplace. They can also identify “potentially at-risk” workers who are willing to commit illegal acts as long as no one finds out about them. Statistics shows that there are about 30% of such people. In this way, a business owner can protect his organization from significant losses caused by dishonest employees or business partners.

Doctors strongly advise against taking a polygraph if you have any of the following conditions:
Attention!!! This is not about the effect of the polygraph on the person being tested. It is about the possible effects associated with the stress of the examinee and the excitement of the consequences.
An oral conclusion can be obtained immediately after inspection.
If you want a formal conclusion, we will prepare it within 3 working days and the cost is 1500 UAH, payable separately.
The polygraph test lasts between 40 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the number of questions. This is because the device is calibrated according to the reactions of the subject's nervous system with the help of control questions before the detection of reactions to stipulated questions begins.
The device - no.
A specialist polygrapher - yes, with low qualifications.
Our company has no such problems.
Test conditions. Maximum accuracy of results is ensured by a test duration of 1.5 to 3 hours. The room for polygraph testing should have an area of at least 10 m2 and ceilings over 2.5 metres high. The temperature inside must be +20...+24°C and the humidity level 70-80%. The room should be decorated in neutral colours and there should be no distracting objects in the room. Our examination rooms meet these requirements.
Condition of the person being tested. The accuracy of lie detector results cannot be guaranteed if the person being tested is in a state of severe emotional or physical exhaustion, drug or alcohol intoxication, feels painful and is taking strong medication. Individuals with cardiovascular disorders and pregnant women may have physiological abnormalities that reduce the effectiveness of polygraph testing.
Qualifications of the examiner. In order to obtain the most accurate test results, a polygraph examiner must have undergone special training and conducted several hundred real examinations. The experience of a professional using a lie detector also matters. Our professionals have all the necessary skills.
The questions asked in the polygraph are phrased in such a way that the person being tested gives unambiguous 'Yes' to 'No' answers.
You should answer the questions honestly and sincerely, without trying to hide or influence the information you give out. You can help yourself in this if you come to the test rested, without getting drunk on alcohol-coffee and whatnot.
An experienced polygraph examiner will not be fooled. Such attempts will be easily detected and will give rise to additional questions, to which the answer will be more difficult.
You should not be afraid of a polygraph test, especially if you have nothing to blame yourself for.
