The Ukrainian Polygraphologists' Union (SPU) carries out certified polygraph examinations in Germany. A qualified examiner runs the session in your city, you hear the preliminary conclusion the same day, and the written report follows within 3–5 working days. The first consultation costs nothing.
Nobody arranges an examination early. People come once the matter has been raised, denied and left to sit, and once it is clear that another conversation will land exactly where the last one did — a doubt inside a relationship, money that cannot be accounted for, an accusation with nothing behind it either way. A polygraph does not settle everything, but it answers a question that has been framed narrowly enough to have a yes or a no.
Sessions are held in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt and any other German city, at an address agreed with you. Every examination follows certified international protocols. The official written conclusion is issued in Ukrainian, with a German-language summary on request.

A polygraph simultaneously records multiple physiological signals: respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, and electrodermal activity. When a person attempts to deceive, the body produces involuntary responses that are extremely difficult to control consciously. A skilled examiner interprets these patterns using a standardised scoring system.
SPU specialists use the internationally recognised CQT (Control Question Technique) and CIT (Concealed Information Test) methods, applied by the FBI, CIA, and law enforcement agencies worldwide. Accuracy when the protocol is followed correctly: 95–98%.
The examiner learns about the circumstances, explains the procedure, and agrees on the exact wording of questions. The examinee sees all questions in advance.
Completely safe and painless. Sensors for respiration, blood pressure, and skin conductance are attached to the body.
The examiner asks the agreed questions; the examinee answers "yes" or "no." The series is repeated several times for reliability.

German courts do not, as a rule, admit polygraph results as primary evidence, and no report of this kind will decide a case on its own. That is worth knowing before you book, and it is not the whole picture: for resolving a dispute between private parties, for an employment decision, or as supporting material in arbitration, a signed conclusion from a certified examiner carries real practical weight.
Where the document may need to stand up formally, commission an official judicial psychophysiological examination from a specialist listed in the official Registry — it is prepared to a stricter standard than an ordinary report.

Yes. The session is held in your city at an address you name, and the examiner brings everything required. Before that there is a free consultation by video call, where we work out whether a polygraph can answer your question at all — and say so if it cannot.
Not as primary evidence: German procedural law does not admit polygraph findings in the criminal courts, and a report will not decide a case by itself. Where it does carry weight is everything short of that — settling a dispute between private parties, an employment decision, supporting material in arbitration. If proceedings are a realistic prospect, ask your lawyer about admissibility in your particular case before you book.

A full polygraph test requires the physical presence of the examinee, as sensors must be attached to the body. Remote video sessions are only offered as preliminary consultations to assess the case, prepare questions, and advise on the best approach. The actual examination must be in person.
