The Ukrainian Polygraphologists' Union (SPU) provides professional polygraph examinations for Ukrainians living in Germany. Our certified specialists conduct remote sessions and are available for travel to Germany upon request. Free consultation — call us today.
Germany is home to one of the largest Ukrainian communities in Europe — nearly one million people who have relocated since 2022. Distance does not erase the personal, family, and business situations that require objective answers. If you are a Ukrainian living in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or any other German city, the SPU specialists can help you.
We conduct sessions remotely (online) or travel to Germany upon arrangement. All examinations follow certified international protocols. An official written conclusion is issued in Ukrainian with a German-language summary upon request.

A polygraph simultaneously records multiple physiological signals: respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, and electrodermal activity. When a person attempts to deceive, the body produces involuntary responses that are extremely difficult to control consciously. A skilled examiner interprets these patterns using a standardised scoring system.
SPU specialists use the internationally recognised CQT (Control Question Technique) and CIT (Concealed Information Test) methods, applied by the FBI, CIA, and law enforcement agencies worldwide. Accuracy when the protocol is followed correctly: 95–98%.
The examiner learns about the circumstances, explains the procedure, and agrees on the exact wording of questions. The examinee sees all questions in advance.
Completely safe and painless. Sensors for respiration, blood pressure, and skin conductance are attached to the body.
The examiner asks the agreed questions; the examinee answers "yes" or "no." The series is repeated several times for reliability.
Preliminary verbal conclusion immediately after the session. Official written report within 3–5 business days upon request.
Two certified SPU specialists handle requests from Ukrainian clients in Germany. Both are listed in the official Registry of Polygraphologists of Ukraine and are authorised to conduct official judicial examinations.
For clients outside Ukraine, we offer two main formats depending on the nature of the request and required legal force of the conclusion:

Describe your situation — we will explain what the polygraph can establish and recommend the right format
In Ukraine, psychophysiological examination results from a certified polygraphologist can be submitted as additional evidence in criminal and civil proceedings. The court evaluates them alongside other materials.
For the highest legal standing, we recommend commissioning an official judicial psychophysiological examination from a specialist listed in the official Registry. Such conclusions are accepted by Ukrainian courts and may also be used in international proceedings involving Ukrainian parties.
In Germany, polygraph results are not generally admissible as primary evidence in German courts. However, for internal dispute resolution between private parties, HR decisions, or as supporting material in arbitration, they carry significant practical weight.

Yes. We offer two main formats: a specialist travels to your location in Germany for a full in-person session, or you arrange a visit to Ukraine where we conduct the examination at standard pricing. We also offer free preliminary consultations by video call to assess your case and help you choose the right format.
In Germany, polygraph evidence is not admissible in criminal courts as primary evidence under German procedural law. However, for internal dispute resolution, employment decisions, or proceedings involving Ukrainian law, an official SPU psychophysiological examination conclusion holds significant weight. We advise consulting your lawyer about specific admissibility in your case.
The examination fee is standard (from UAH 3,000 depending on the type), plus the specialist's travel, accommodation, and visa costs, which are agreed separately. The total depends on the departure city and your location in Germany. Call 0 800 336-909 for a personalised quote — we can also suggest the most cost-effective option.
Yes. Our specialists conduct examinations in both Ukrainian and Russian. The official written conclusion is issued in Ukrainian. A Russian-language summary can be provided upon request, and a brief German-language translation of key findings is also available if needed.
A full polygraph test requires the physical presence of the examinee, as sensors must be attached to the body. Remote video sessions are only offered as preliminary consultations to assess the case, prepare questions, and advise on the best approach. The actual examination must be in person.
Tell us about your situation — we will recommend the right format and specialist for your case
